2. How the Process Works

The verification process securely checks your details (such as your name, billing address, and date of birth) against comprehensive databases (such as the electoral roll or credit reference agencies). This check leaves a soft footprint and does not affect your credit score.

3. Failed Verifications

If our automated system cannot verify your age, you may be asked to provide a photographic ID (such as a driving licence or passport) to complete your order. If we cannot verify your age, your order will be cancelled immediately and a full refund will be issued. We do not, under any circumstances, sell our products to minors.
