All hardware sold at IVG Pro is authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers or official UK distributors.

6-Month Hardware Warranty

Advanced vape kits, pod systems, and mods featuring a built-in battery are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and electrical faults.

What is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact.
• Water or e-liquid damage inside the device chipset.
• Improper charging (e.g., using a high-amp phone plug instead of a standard 1A port).
• General wear and tear (scratches, worn paint).

Consumables (No Warranty)

Items classified as consumable products are exempt from warranties once opened or used, unless they are Dead on Arrival (DOA). This includes: Coils, Pods, E-Liquids, Batteries (18650/21700), and Disposable Vapes.
