TPD Compliance

IVG Pro is fully committed to providing safe, regulated, and legal products. All of our applicable products comply strictly with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR) and the European Tobacco Products Directive (TPD).

1. E-Liquid Capacity and Nicotine Strength

In compliance with UK law, all our nicotine-containing e-liquids are restricted to a maximum capacity of 10ml per bottle. Furthermore, the maximum nicotine strength of any e-liquid or disposable vape we sell is 20mg/ml (2%).

2. Hardware and Tank Capacity

All vape tanks, pods, and disposable devices sold by IVG Pro that are designed to contain nicotine have a maximum e-liquid capacity of 2ml.

3. MHRA Notification and Packaging

Every nicotine-containing product we sell has been successfully notified to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). Our products feature fully compliant packaging, including prominent health warnings, child-resistant caps, and tamper-evident seals.
