At IVG Pro, we know that getting your vape supplies quickly and reliably is important to you. We partner with the UK’s leading couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Same-Day Dispatch

Place your order before 3:00 PM (Monday – Friday) and we will dispatch it the very same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

UK Delivery Options & Rates

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30. Below is a breakdown of our shipping methods:

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your parcel right to your door.

Age Verification on Delivery

Please note that because we sell age-restricted products containing nicotine, our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy. If the person receiving the parcel appears to be under 25, the delivery driver may ask for photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence) to prove they are 18 or over. Parcels cannot be left in safe places or delivered to minors.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

While 99% of our orders arrive on time, occasional courier delays can happen. If your standard delivery has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact our support team at support@ivgpro.co.uk with your order number, and we will investigate it immediately for you.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international delivery due to varying international regulations regarding the shipment of vaping products and e-liquids.
