14-Day Unwanted Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The items must be strictly unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.

Hygiene & Consumable Exceptions

Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the seal has been broken or tampered with:

• E-liquids and Nic Salts
• Disposable Vapes
• Replacement Coils and Pods
• Drip Tips (Mouthpieces)

Faulty Goods (Dead on Arrival)

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at support@ivgpro.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and a video/photo showing the fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately after troubleshooting.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email our support team. Once approved, securely package your items and include your original packing slip. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service (like Royal Mail Tracked) as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
